If the order has been dispatched, you can log into ‘My Choice’ on the UPS website using your tracking number which is emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Here you will be able to change/request this is delivered to an alternative address or neighbour, leave delivery/special instructions or select a UPS access point for this to be dropped off so you can collect at your convenience.
